Setup

Every Halienne lamp arrives with a pre-programmed circadian smart bulb. Setup takes about two minutes:

1. Place the bulb in the lamp and plug in.
2. Download the companion app (instructions included in the box).
3. Connect the bulb to your WiFi network.
4. The circadian schedule is pre-loaded and begins running automatically.

If you want to customize the schedule, the app allows full control over timing, color temperature, and brightness at each interval.

Shipping

All orders ship within 3–5 business days. Standard shipping within the United States is included.

We currently ship to the US only. International shipping is planned for a future date.

Returns

If you're not satisfied with your lamp, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The lamp must be in original condition with all included components.

Warranty

Every Halienne lamp is covered by a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This covers the lamp structure (shade and base). Smart bulbs are covered by their manufacturer's warranty.
